Whenever I am working, I am an extension of my workplace and any work I produce is an extension of myself, much like the systems of a building: the performance quality of any one component is inherently linked to the performance quality of the whole and the other constituent components.I am a second-year student in Red River College's Architectural/Engineering Technology program, a division of their Civil Engineering Technology program. With top marks in all my courses I could have chosen any program and I chose A/ET because I have a passion for how buildings affect their external and internal environment through their shape and technology.A veteran of academia, I also possess two BAs from the University of Winnipeg and Menno Simons College. Through that journey I perfected the work ethic and maintenance of quality for which I am remembered by my instructors and classmates; I appreciate any opportunity to share my skills and knowledge in an effort to aid my peers.My specific areas of interest and experience include:drafting software, scheduling software, technical documentation, database organization, building science, insulation systems, legal documentation, custom floor plan designs, project management, mediation, and conflict resolution.But my greatest skill is my passion to constantly learn more.
