• Coordinated CSR programs in Latin America and the Philippines- Jóvenes con Valor (Youth with Value) in alliance with the NGO Ashoka, the objective was to support young people between the ages of 14 to 24 years, to develop and lead social entrepreneurship projects, becoming agents of change in their communities, supported 210 projects across 3 Mexican regions with 940 direct beneficiaries- Coordenadas para Vivir (Coordinates for Life) sought to strengthen the life skills of children and adolescents between the ages of 10 to 18 years in Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil and the Philippines with a total of 16,290 beneficiaries- Tu Mejor Jugada (Your Best Move) promoted the integral development of Mexican students in 300 elementary schools through the practice of sports and physical activation to achieve better physical, psychological, social, and academic performance- Volver a Creer (Believing Again) pilot program that aimed for the economic and social integration of young ex-convicts• Established and maintained strategic alliances with different stakeholders• Developed and implemented internal and external communication strategies for the area and CSR programs• Analyzed and introduced global trends in CSR and sustainability into the company’s operations• Assisted in the process of obtaining CSR/Sustainability certifications• Supported the consolidation of the company’s CSR performance through international indicators such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the UN Global Compact• Organized and participated in numerous CSR/Sustainability events and workshops• Trained and supervised six interns
