Curtis Hixon Convention Center, (formerly known as Curtis Hixon Hall) was a small, 65,000 sqf meeting space (small for the City of Tampa!) It was replaced by the impressive Tampa Convention Center. As an Event Planner, I:• Promoted the City of Tampa as a venue • Assisted meeting planners with allphases of thier events• Provided meeting space for small conventions, trade shows, and local events • Set the stage for various events including Krewe of Gasparilla coronations, Super Bowl pre-game shows, wedding receptions and high school reunions! Whatever the event, we made it special!
