• Responsible for identifying and implementing proposals to increase KPIs performance in the internal processes of the Company. Along with the IT Projects Area, I helped with the Core business processes automation by collecting information with the process owners, identifying operational and revenue improvements using Lean and Six Sigma Methodologies.

• Responsible for managing the bookings in the system for the entry of the containers to be exported, as well as carrying out the liquidation of the ship, validating which units were unloaded and loaded. • Monitoring of the various embarkation impediments by coordinating with customers or shipping lines in order to not harm operations.• Manage the various incidents that arise during operations that require coordination with the shipping lines.

• I implemented and automated reports to track the services provided to customers and charge 100% of them.• Analyze and monitor the area's indicators and processes.• Generate periodic reports of the operation and implement improvements in the area.

• Part of the “Summer Internship 2017” program for upper third students. I supported the Audit of the machine shops in Ferreyros, which was the largest project of the year. In this project I was responsible of information gathering and elaboration of flow charts that facilitated the identification of control and risks. In addition, I collaborated with the follow-up of the implementation of the defined action plans and in loading the working papers of the audits to the Team Mate (Management system).
