Medication Safety Advanced Pharmacy Experience Rotation for Pharmacy Students.

Implementation of process for the development of orders sets and protocols in compliance with the new standard of the Joint Commission (MM.04.01.01 EP15).Development and implementation of a Medication Safety Rotation for Pharmacy students.
