Assisting with the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties .Act as an employee advocate and ensure compliance with the company’s human resources policies and appropriate government law and regulations including but not limited to EEO, FMLA, unemployment and OSHA. Compiling and updating employee records. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities such as staffing. Manage employee disciplinary process with managers and direct handling of company terminations. Engage in employee relations activities and offer recommendations. Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications. Administer all FMLA and STD cases in accordance to state and federal regulations. Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations. Oversight and/or owning processing of the full payroll cycle and monthly reporting as needed, manage employee inquiries and timekeeping as needed. Recruitment Management including maintenance of personnel requisitions and job postings.
