I am managing 4 food craft lines and 1 cone line. We debone the front halves Also am in charge of knife room am accountable for all tools in the plant. I am presently maintainig and following all GMP'S and SSOP rules and regulations. along with USDA.

My area of responsibilty include but not limited 4 departments and 5 supervisors which include deboning front halves, split and trim, and wing and tender line.

Managed employees in Debone, Leg Processing/Cut-up area ,and Pack-out area. Currently I am a sanitation Supervisor and have been in sanitation since Feb 2011.

I was involved with daily Quality and USDA Inspection of Equipment to get ready for production and conducted weekly safety meetings. I ensured that all the employees followed all the safety guidelines including PPE, LOTO, and chemical dispensing.
