I'm a young black female founder of Lynkd, a company that is bridging the digital and aviation divide in South Africa by providing droning technology training to the women in the country. Not only a visionary entrepreneur, but also a qualified commercial pilot with instrument rating and drone pilot who is passionate about flying and coding. I have experience in the banking industry as a business teller, customer service consultant, teamleader tellers (float) and treasury custodian at The Standard Bank of SA. I've also had the pleasure of collaborating with a few NGO's(Tshimong, Ab4ir to name a few) with similar vision of improving the lives of those in need. I am currently pursuing a software engineering degree at the Melsoft Academy, where I am learning how to create innovative solutions for the aviation industry. I believe that droning technology can empower women to access new opportunities and markets, as well as improve their lives and communities. I am on a mission to inspire and equip more women to join the droning revolution and make a positive impact in the world.
