Conduct comprehensive audits of existing policies and procedures under AXA Assistance USA's Quality Management System and related external documents. Review records of over 40 agents to evaluate individual ability to provide superior customer and client service with policy adherence. Daily audits of all case documentation, contracts and customer records to ensure company and client standards are being met. Analyze process performance and recommend strategies for procedures for improvement and review customer records to provide examples of excellence to be leveraged by our training structure. Compile and write narrative reports summarizing Quality Assurance statistical data to identify frequencies, patterns and trends. Coach and train front agents in individual and group sessions, and project manage the continual review of services to ensure best practices and provide alternate solutions to improve individual quality standards.
