Ecology North was founded in 1971 by a group of dedicated volunteers in response to arsenic pollution in Yellowknife. Since then our mandate has expanded considerably with projects tackling issues like climate change, waste reduction, water quality and food sovereignty.

Planning and launching calls for proposals.• Bilateral Cooperation Technical Assistant: Assistance in the organization of workshops, seminars, schools and other events framed in bilateral cooperation programs. Assistance in the planning, implementation and follow-up of scientific and technological cooperation action programs; drafting Agendas, MOUs, Final Minutes and technical ministerial reports.
