As a Clinical Operations Specialist at Assure Health, I collaborate with the Patient Navigation team to provide high-quality customer service and support to our clients who use our innovative medical devices. I am responsible for managing the inventory, distribution, and maintenance of the devices, as well as training and educating the clients on how to use them effectively and safely.I have a strong background in health sciences, having graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University in 2019. I also have over three years of experience as an Office Operations Associate at ESSENTIAL FAMILY HEALTH, where I honed my skills in scheduling interviews, customer support, analytical skills, and Microsoft Word. I am fluent in Spanish, which enables me to communicate with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.I am passionate about addressing health care issues and improving the quality of life of people who need medical assistance. I have witnessed and experienced first-hand the need for more health care providers and services, and I am motivated to contribute to the health care sphere by leveraging my skills and expertise in medical devices.
