- Handling live chats & emails for our customers- Responsible for handling customer inquiries including contacts requiring product features & functionality information, technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to assist diagnose and resolve issues and questions.- Handle accurate documentation of interactions, maintain data accuracy in the relevant contact management system, and understand a variety of media sources that interface with the service centre.- Ensuring excellent service is delivered to customers

- To execute video tasks given from marketing department based on their needs.- To provide ideas for better video content that can attract viewers.- To create rough and final cuts.- To trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.- To ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.- To continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and organization's best practices to maximize performance and efficiency.- To input music, dialogues, subtitles. graphics and effects.
