Wrote and edited the quarterly ‘Facilities Department Newsletter’ distributed to all store managers across the United States. Maintained the Facilities Department mobile app for store manager use. The mobile app was used daily to report issues within retail store locations and could be accessed by up-to 400 store managers. Launched store Medical Hazardous Waste campaign to 96 retail locations. Program was designed to safely store and remove medical waste. Worked daily with retail locations to ensure their stores ran smoothly and were fully operational. Main areas of focus included governmental compliance and daily asset management. Asset management included lighting and electrical, utilities, hazardous waste, trash and recycling, automatic doors, parking lot repair, lawn maintenance, and other general store repairs.
