The process redesign and automation enabled 5000+ hours annually of data scientist time to be used more productively and availability of insights went from 2+ weeks to 45 minutes. -Managed emerging business needs: Secured expanded licensing for Master Data Management software to provide high availability service while negotiating a 60% reduction in licensing cost.-Continued vital projects during Covid pandemic: Negotiated discounts of 10-15% with key consulting partners.
