Sign-Up.to was sold to Host Europe Group and Sign-Up.to Australia rebranded to Andzen -------------I ran Sign-Up.to Australia and was part of the international management team.I worked in both the UK and Australian offices. This gave me the ability to ensure the company’s ethos was maintained and our clients got the quality advice and support that we were known for. I built out the APAC Client Success, Professional Services and Sales teams and developed the APAC GTM strategy whilst running Operations and Finance.

Working as a consultant in digital marketing. Web design, web development and online consulting.I worked closely with celebrities like Seal on managing their entire digital presence from social strategy, tour bookings and online ecommerce merchandise stores.

As the Media Service Manager at Sign-Up.to I managed the Customer Success and the Managed Services departments and team members from both. I oversaw the systems, processes and execution of creative and production for our managed clients and developed a team to scale the offering.I additionally took over management of the Customer Success department rolling out ticketing solutions, setting and managing SLAs and training of team members.In conjunction to the above responsibilities I also worked with the Product and Engineering on building out new features for the core Email & SMS Marketing product, Sign-Up.to.
