I thrive on the most difficult recruiting and selection projects and my expertise spans multiple functional areas with a primary focus on executives, highly specialized science and engineering leaders, and technical contributors.Before beginning my career in executive search and talent acquisition, I served in the US Marine Corps as a Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Defense Specialist. I was promoted meritoriously twice and was honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant. I began my undergrad studies while serving on active duty and completed that work at the University of Phoenix with a BS in Business Management.
