• Implemented process documentation to solve mechanical, electrical, and HVAC problems reducing downtime by 5% while increasing quality
• Troubleshoot and develop high quality solutions utilizing CAD designing, modeling, and hands-on mechanical knowledge to repair and address maintenance problems for complex systems including HVAC, and light duty.
• Saved the organization $8/k in wiring, controls, and fees by troubleshooting and repairing HVAC system
• Routinely coordinate support with project planning, and vendors providing assessments related to cost and overall departmental budget of $450,000.PROJECT: COVID-19

The project was a major update to a 60 year old foundation, which had a cost of $13.7 million. This time allowed me to apply what I was learning in the classroom to actual engineering practice and lessons.
