About Brendon Baker

When your workforce already has a day job, change needs to be simple. So... I'm not a fan of so-called 'change management', 'benefits realisation', or any of that. Most of it is unnecessary fluff. Instead, I work with leaders whose teams already have day jobs (usually something hands-on). I help them get from A to B most effectively.We keep it simple and focus on pragmatic ways to improve how they're shifting things forward.At the risk of tootin' my own horn here, I've led and guided over $11Billion in transformative projects and programs (everything from transformations to teddy bears!). I've been named one of the top 12 change thought leaders to watch in 2024 (which really was rather kind of them), and I've written a couple books (which people love) - 'Valuable Change', and 'Creating High Value PMOs'.
