Elected by a 130-man organization to curate and oversee the strategic plan while leading an 8 person executive committee. Focusing especially on aligning individual values to foster an environment that supports academic success, self-fulfillment and developing young men to become leaders in their communities throughout the rest of their lives. Leading one of the largest fraternities on campus while also maintaining the highest cumulative GPA out of all fraternities.

Taking the lead in developing a 4-year curriculum that promotes education for members that complements their in-class curriculum. Focusing on intellectual, physical and professional development, the program is imperative to maintaining the chapter culture and building leaders.

Performed general labor duties throughout the project timeline including: site-cleanup, demolition, flooring, drywall, finish installation, and concrete.
