Supported in-house legal department, business team, and regional director of technology start-up that focused on efficient urban land management through the incorporation of a broad range of new businesses, such as “cloud kitchens,” into existing urban infrastructure. Drafted commercial lease agreements as well as management contracts and service agreements for the company’s Portland and Seattle locations. Archived and abstracted existing leases and management agreements in order to make relevant information readily accessible to Reef’s business and legal teams.

Responsible for maintaining communication between 40+ student and community organizations and Cornell administrative bodies. Contributing to Cornell’s fixed university wide sustainability initiatives for 2018-2022. Duties include coordinating meetings between student and faculty groups, planning and orchestrating events exceeding 500 attendees, managing listservs, budgeting with Excel, and presenting to Cornell faculty groups. 20 hours a week, year-round paid internship.
