I am very Passionate about safety as i had a major accident to my hand 20 years ago.My hand was semi crushed in a machine. Hence the move into the safety industry. My motto is "Leave the way you came in this morning,with all your body parts exactly like they were when you got out your bed". Safety is a way of life an us as safety advisors, need to enforce our people, and show them we care about them. This will get their buy in to achieve zero harm on a daily basis. Everyday is your first day on the job so we don't forget the basics, is what i always preach to my colleagues. Keep it simple and ask if you not sure.
