Traveling to various sites in FL to service Chase, Bank Of America, Wells Fargo, Fifth/Third, PNC, Achieva, and other Financial Institutions to provide solutions and increased efficiency on Automated Teller Machines and Teller Cash Recyclers Assist Financial Institution in troubleshooting, debugging, increasing efficiency and providing solutions on branch owned ATM’s and TCR’sSoftware support in the field ensuring machines are running off of the correct operating systemProvide reports/logs to Lead and Manager to ensure efficiency of ATM’s and TCR’sCash recycler, bill/ check note acceptor and dispenser repair, module replacements and preventative maintenanceScheduled meets with financial institution personnel for preventative maintenance on Teller Cash Recyclers and training

Maintained and repaired slot machines electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems on the gaming floor and in bench repairAssist guests responding to service calls for machine errorsInstalled all components from base cabinets to fully operable slot machines with in-house internal communications and data communicationsWorking with Gaming commission and Vendors on conversions, software updates of Slot Machines and ATMsWorked in various installation projects

Assist and work alongside Slot Technicians to graduate apprenticeship program and attain Slot Technician 1 role
