Below are a couple of examples of lead projects and skills utilized: Petroleum: Coordinated a full platform management service in the oil industry with domestic & International carriers for international oil extraction projects. Retail: created reverse logistics program for Fortune 100 retailer. 8 month reverse logistics rationalization project that netted client over $2MM in annual savings by creating a national returns center and identifying business processes on when to return versus scrapping.Automotive: created international consolidation and subsequent RFQ for top 5 tier 1 automotive supplier. Program netted $3.5MM in annualized savings.Budgeting: each program is tracked against initial budgets. Variance reporting and root cause discovery is essential to keep all stakeholders apprised as these programs have a direct P&L impact.Value Creation: programs need to meet or exceed anticipated ROI, so due diligence on the front end of the discovery process level sets the return rate. Executing the program through all the known and unforeseen barriers are critical to bringing a project to life.Reporting: Argus’ platform is based on transparency. Reporting at every stage of a project, as well as, the final deliverable through Argus’ TMS tools have to be accurate and timely.
