- Providing quality and timely advice to managers and employees on performance management, disciplinary processes, formal complaints and grievances.- Providing guidance, policy interpretation and support regarding employee relations, organisational policies and procedures.- Working with the HR team in the development, review and rollout of HR policies, procedures, programs and workforce planning. - Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and Enterprise Bargaining Agreement.- Providing support to deliver and implement HR Projects - RAP and LGBTIQ+

Reports directly to the National HR Manager of FCTG. - Advise employees and managers on the National Employment Standards.- Respond to queries from employees across all FCTG brands.- Provide advice on HR procedures and policies. - Administer employee change letters i.e. Secondments, Change in Classification, Flexible Work arrangements, Statement of Service, Employment Verification. - Conduct monthly reporting for the HR team.- Assisting HR Business Partners/HR Manager with organisational projects and processes. - Work closely with the Payroll team on processes and when issues were outside of policy explanation. - Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

- Ensuring activities associated with successful return to work for injured employees are coordinated and implemented.- Conduct regular meetings with injured employees and managers to review progress of return to work plan/reasonable adjustments in the workplace.- Advising managers/employees regarding Workers Compensation claims, legislation and injury management practices, issues and trends. - Facilitating regular discussions with managers to identify alternative duties available to support and encourage an effective return to work program. - Providing Insurers with adequate information.
