Ensure all inbound enquiries were dealt with. Working with pre-sales customers to answer any questions they may have and provide quotes. I would also work with the key accounts at Loadbalancer.org to ensure that all they were all happy. This included working with them on any new deployments, arranging WebEx's for our technical support team to provide assistant and dealing with any invoice enquires.

Working with other account managers to ensure that the clients out of our Portsmouth office were happy and that their recruitment needs were met. I was also responsible for acquisition of new temporary candidate as well candidates for permanent vacancies which I had been working on.

Operational Management for the Ruscom Ltd franchise, this included,- P&L - working closely with each individual store manager to ensure that P&L was closely monitored and that we were not putting the business in any risks of financial losses- Finance - Dealing with all invoices/creditors to ensure accuracy. Working through commison packages sent across from O2 were accurate and ensure and discrepancies were addressed. - Sales Management - Working with Store Leaders and Area Managers to make sure that the business was moving in the right direction and that business growth targets were being metI also coordinated the successful deployment of a contact centre based into one of our stores.

Day to day management of the O2 Store located in Palmerston Road, Southsea. This involved making sure that all targets were hit (exceeded!) and that we delivered the right message for the O2 Brand!

Management of a business development team which were responsible for both the retention and growth of our existing customers. The team also proactively prospected for new B2B customers to bring over to the O2 network.
