Responsible for purchasing all products, tools and raw materials by phone, WhatsApp, via email and negotiating payment terms. I maintain strong working relationships with our suppliers. I review purchasing contracts with suppliers and maintain open lines of communication with suppliers. I develop an active inventory supply mediation process and determine purchasing needs based on monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual numbers/data. I stay up to date with industry trends and establish long-term purchasing agreements with suppliers. I prospect new suppliers with better prices and quality.
