In my role as a Target Team Captain, specifically in Fulfillment, I played a crucial role in training and managing team members to ensure a seamless experience for both them and guests. My responsibilities included picking, preparing, packing, sorting, and shipping products with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. I worked diligently to guarantee that our guests received their desired items promptly and in the preferred manner. Through my efforts, I contributed to delivering convenience and upholding high-quality standards for our valued guests. Led the team of around 10-15 members in any given shift, from managing tasks and breaks to their overall day-to-day.
