Drove consistent community expansion through targeted marketing initiatives and streamlined sales operations, establishing Carriage Park as a premier mountain retreat in Western North Carolina's competitive real estate market.

Working with a talented team and collaborating with external vendors, we produced eye-catching promos for weekly racing series, scripted shows, and reality programming.I spearheaded the launch of numerous successful shows and marketing campaigns that drove record-breaking ratings and boosted audience engagement. I also led integrated marketing efforts, producing annual show reels that supported Ad Sales.As Creative Director, I oversaw SPEED Channel's full on-air redesign, creating a unified visual identity across platforms and directing hundreds of promos that ensured a cohesive promotional strategy for SPEEDtv.com and beyond. Over my six years there, our innovative approach consistently elevated the SPEED Channel brand and fueled its growth.

As a Writer/Producer for TBS, I played a pivotal role in driving the creative strategy and production of movie promos, special event promos, and topical promotions. I produced hundreds of promos, ranging from established packaging designs to original creative concepts, ensuring engaging content that resonated with diverse audiences. Led all promotional efforts for the WCW wrestling franchise, including the successful launch of WCW Thunder, which set a new record as the highest-rated cable premiere at the time. Additionally, I produced live-action packaging for the popular hosted franchise Movies for Guys Who Like Movies and oversaw the launch of The Man Made Movie. My work also extended into original content, where I produced the first behind-the-scenes featurette for TBS’s inaugural Original Movie, Fatal Error, and continued to create Behind-The-Scenes pieces for subsequent TBS Original movies.
