I was responsible for driving online sales and brand visibility through effective ecommerce and social media marketing strategies. I managed monthly campaigns, overseeing everything from product listings and promotions to coordinating with internal teams for successful execution. My role included optimizing product placements and managing inventories on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and 11Street to ensure alignment with market trends and customer demands. I also collaborated on social media strategies to boost engagement, enhance brand presence, and attract more online traffic.

I manage the HR processes for sourcing and supplying overseas employees, primarily from countries such as Myanmar, Bangladesh, and the Philippines. I work closely with both international and local teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement. This involves coordinating immigration paperwork, handling interview logistics, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. My role has given me valuable experience in international workforce management and strengthened my expertise in HR operations and cross-border collaboration.

I spearhead the organization and planning of DotA 2 tournaments, providing a platform for aspiring E-Sports talents to showcase their skills. My role involves overseeing event logistics, from tournament structure to player recruitment, as well as fostering a vibrant community of gamers. By promoting E-Sports through strategic event planning and community engagement, I’ve helped create opportunities for up-and-coming players while driving growth and visibility for the E-Sports ecosystem in our region.

As a trainee, I was involved in planning and preparing various events aimed at educating clients about insurance products and wills writing services. I learned how to prepare comprehensive insurance plans and quotations tailored to individual client needs while presenting these ideas to customers.
