As the Service Manager at Aptive's Columbus location, I was directly responsible for all aspects of the business related to fulfilling our obligation to our customers. Under my leadership and supervision, 15 employees were hired and trained, resulting in unparalleled customer retention for the area. I ensured that our branch and employees were compliant with local, state, and federal laws and worked diligently to earn a promotion to Branch Manager in less than 10 months.

After earning a spot in the 160th, I served as a 15-H (Aircraft Pnedraulics Specialist) for 4th Battalion for 5 years. During this time, I guaranteed mission readiness for 16 combat aircraft (Civilian Labels S-70 and B234) through constant investigation of hydraulic systems. I completed 5 rapid deployments to combat zones around the world in support of the Global War on Terrorism as well as multiple missions to other countries worldwide in support of Special Operations training. I worked seamlessly with other experts to diagnose and repair complex flight systems, often under times of intense urgency and with extreme accuracy.
