Currently the Analyst during the implementation of our new Vendor Management Platform CorrigoPro.- Communicate with vendors through tailored communications in order to obtain vendor information for uploading to our vendor management platform;- Generate and tailor communications pack for vendors advising them of the vendor management platform and what is required.- Extract data for interpretation and dissemination data for reporting, improvements and market analysis.- Upload and convert their Reactive Rate Cards and Preventative Maintenance Schedules from obtained vendor data;- Required to actively and effectively engage with internal, external, national and international key stakeholders, regarding our vendor management platform, procurement platform and procurement advice;- Conduct end to end procurement, whilst adhering to the Commonwealth Procurement Rules, Public Governance, Performance and Accountability ACT, and Indigenous Procurement Policy. - Under take contract option activities, which include negotiation and execution before contract expiry.- Draft communications and Tender Documentation for procurement related activity.- Keeping to a high standard, general admin duties, managing and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of current data. Prioritise current tasks and competing priorities through a rigorous and detailed processes.
