My responsibilities included monitoring the delivery of the projects, with fluid communication with BBVA C-level; leading contract and expansion negotiations, and continuous improvements, and methodologies. Mentoring and coaching both, my team and the clients, to ensure the most efficient result in each project. Managed the allocation of the profiles, taking into account the needs of BBVA as a whole and the analysis of margins and profitability as well as the career perspective and motivation of each contributor.I also actively participated in the adaptation and adoption of processes and mixed culture from Accenture to Wolox during the company's take-over.
