As a supervior at Gordmans I am able to make sure customers have the best experience shopping with us as possible. The other superviors and myself make sure our displays are easily shoppable and that the store is not cluttered to the best of our ability with the space we are working in. As a supervisor I also try to make sure the associates working at the store feel like they can talk to me about their problems so I can relay the message to the managers.
