A short term secondment to support the SA Health system to reduce ramping and support hospital capacity and enable the response to COVID in preparation for and following the opening of borders to interstate visitors. I directly supported key activities and led the development and implementation of the South Australian COVID positive and associated patient transport strategy to minimise the use of ambulance transfers.
