About Brenna Eckert

I strive to build a strategic and engaged approach to designing and improving health services. I have worked with Executive and Clinical leaders to design a collaborative, whole of hospital program of initiatives, improving access and flow, delivering tangible and measurable improvements. This has improved both the safety and quality of care for our patients, and the efficiency of work for our teams. I thrive working in complex environments, collaborating with clinical and non-clinical teams to envision and build a clear future state. I am passionate about working with individuals and teams to build their vision and developing the strategies needed to get there. This includes building better team dynamics with trust, accountability, and engagement to deliver their vision, or to work with individuals and teams facing barriers to achieving their vision. I believe in the benefits of building internal leadership capabilities to build sustainable ways of working that enable performance and an engaged culture to achieve team and organisational goals. I believe that organisations improve when we connect organisational strategy and frontline teams in a real, relatable and tangible way.I am a values based professional, where I work with integrity, authenticity and connection.Education and continuous learning are integral to my agile and lateral thinking, where I am always hungry to learn and apply new ways of working.
