I provide a high level of professional administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to ensure excellence in customer experience and service delivery across the Organisation and to Staff Members. My position analyses and collates information to provide executive support to the CEO. I also manage calendars, make company arrangements, prepare expense reports, complete general admin, and plan events.

As a finance manager, I handled purchasing and refunds, helped with payroll, managed MYOB account. As admin manager, I did basic admin tasks, liaised with owner, maintained scheduling, covered inquiry management - distribution of inquiries to appropriate recipients, liaised with clients, managed bookings, managed data and expenses, gained further office suite competence, and ordering stock.

In this position, I greeted customers, worked in a fast-paced environment, was trained in point of sales, advised customers on ideal products, organized and memorized of stock, worked in a team environment, did banking, worked on conflict resolution, did general cleaning, used KPIs, and completed merchandising.
