Worked for a top US wholesale footwear trading company based out of New York, with a large office in China. Assisting with all day to day logistics from customer appointments to client dinners to sample shipments and development. With travel opportunities and wonderful customers, the shoe business industry has been an important learning experience.

Completed all prep duties for daily food production, kept track of new recipes and helped developed daily specials. The greatest take-away was working with the most genuine and passionate people everyday. That combined with using delicious local ingredients made this one of the best jobs I'll ever have. Often worked front of house as well, running the register or as a floor manager. A personal fave task was writing the beautiful chalkboard signs- a dream career for my next life!
