I handle budgets for custom houses. I manage the operation accounts for the business. I help reconcile the bank statements at the end of each month. I visit job sites, I make sure materials are where they need to be, and I give a helping hand if need be at different job sites. I sometimes handle office responsibilities of answering floor calls, and help everyone be organized.

In this position it gives me flexibility to do what everyone needs me to do when they need me to do it. I handle all loan denials/withdraws. I can order out paper work including: title work, appraisal work, and LDPs/GSAs. I understand real estate contracts and can examine them swiftly and accurately with ease. I know how to analyze Good Faith Estimates and HUD documents.

I managed over 40 employees. I handled petty cash every night. I did all of the deposits and took them to the bank every night after closing. I watch and also improved concession sales exponentially over time. I ran projection, and ran all of the computer equipment upstairs on a nightly basis. Dealt with customer relations. Coordinated birthday parties with patrons.

I would oversee production and operations every day. I would make sure that the invoice tickets were picked, packaged, and shipped as quickly as possible each day. I cut time on getting the invoice out of the warehouse by 1/8th of the time.
