As part of the interactive game crew my many many roles revolved around ensuring fans were receiving the best experience possible. To do this, we incorporated many interactive moments such as t-shirt giveaways to get the fans loud and engaged, waving get loud flags while running through the bowl after every Marlies goal and handing out tattoos, foam pucks and rally towels to children. This was all done to create a world class experience and atmosphere at Ricoh Coliseum that fans will always remember.

Assisted with venue inquiries for corporate bookings, private events, ice / court rentals for Air CanadaCentre, Ricoh Coliseum and BMO Field. Scheduled internal and external events in web software ensuring that they are viable and cohesive with other building activity. Updated and maintained event consistency across client database, web software, internal intranet postings and event booking request forms. Assisted in the development of deal memos, contracts, estimates and settlements. Communicated with clients to determine event parameters, oversee and assist as required on events.

Toronto Events and Marketing (TEAM) was established in 2016. Our goal is to engage the next generation of donors through a night of fun, awareness, and trivia. Working closely with the SickKids Foundation, we established our event, "90s Trivia VS The Odds". In the first year, we raised $11k for SickKids, all proceeds being donated to the Possibilities Fund, which helps support the most urgent needs as they arise.

A leader of the the golf operations team, ensuring all employees were properly trained to provide world class service. In charge of delegating and prioritizing various responsibilities while on shift as well, creating bi-weekly schedules. I was successful in executing a designated driving programs during large events and fine dinning night.

I developed my sales and networking skills while calling Queen's University alumni asking for charitable donations to help support initiatives on campus. Experiences have helped me with thinking on my toes and finding solutions with time sensitive tasks.
