• Led a team of five flight operations specialists to ensure the efficient flight operations of 75 AH-64D Apache aviators and 30 RQ-7B Shadow unmanned aerial system operators which executed more than 500 hours combined flight hours per month using 30 total aircraft.• Chosen by squadron commander to turn around a failed operational section. Priority was to ensure a successful Aviation Resource Management Survey (ARMS) re-inspection, which failed on the first inspection. Implemented necessary controls, revamped standard operating procedures, and conducted weekly update meetings. After handing program off, it passed the re-inspection with a 91% score. • Created and implemented a complete overhaul of the knowledge management program for 100 aviation personnel. Transitioned from paper to digital based system, which increased access, accuracy, and reliability.

• Led a platoon comprising 14 Soldiers and managed property including four AH-64D Apache Longbow attack helicopters with manned-unmanned teaming capabilities along with ground support and maintenance equipment valued in excess of $110 million. Maintained day, night, night vision goggles, and night vision system proficiency as a pilot-in-command and air mission commander.• Given 72 hours notice, deployed a platoon of Apache helicopters 250 miles north to Erbil, Iraq to establish a quick-reaction force in support of coalition ground forces. Within 24 hours of arrival, quick-reaction force was mission capable on 24-hour alert and ready to launch within 30 minutes.• Managed the scheduling, coordination, and crew duty cycles of 20 pilots while forward deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Inherent Resolve; pilots achieved a 100% safety record and averaged over 145 flight hours per month.• Led the troop through the Aviation Resource Management Survey in which 12 functional areas were surveyed and given satisfactory ratings. Maintained direct oversight of the "training" functional area which scored in the top 10% in the squadron.
