As a former Army infantryman, I continue the fight today through veteran advocacy. After working in Higher Education for seven years in both academic affairs and student affairs and founding the Military & Veteran Engagement at Clemson University, I am now serving veterans across the twelve Lowcountry counties of South Carolina as the Lowcountry Regional Integration Officer with South Carolina Department of Veterans' Affairs. I passionately support my veteran peers in achieving their personal, professional, and educational goals by collaborating with a coalition of professionals who provide important resources to meet every need of the transitioning veterans. I believe in engaging veterans where they are to empower them to accomplish their next mission.
