As the president of W.A.F.F.L.E.S. Robotics, I take on a variety of roles. I am the lead mentor for a team of high school students tasked with building a robot in 6 weeks, which requires extensive project management skills. Creating this robot also involves technical skills, including programming to complete autonomous tasks with various sensors and vision systems, along with a full-scale CAD model made using SolidWorks. I also help engage in sponsor relations, do one-on-one youth mentoring, and run workshops and tutorials for prospective students.

As a Computer Vision Technician, I specialize in executing precise annotation processes and implementing robust quality control protocols for agricultural data. My role involves conducting comprehensive reviews of peers' data annotation work, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards. I take pride in providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement, fostering a culture of excellence within the team. My attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards contribute to the seamless flow of accurate and reliable annotated data, crucial for the success of computer vision applications in the agricultural industry.

In this role, I conducted advanced troubleshooting for internet, network, and phone infrastructure, consistently resolving complex issues with efficiency and precision. I prioritized maintaining accurate customer records through effective communication over both phone and online channels, ensuring a seamless and personalized customer experience. Serving as a crucial liaison between internal Network Operations and clients, I facilitated prompt issue resolution, enhancing overall client satisfaction.

In this position, I was responsible for maintenance and set-up of computer infrastructure. I also monitored and managed clientele computer security, regularly completing diagnosis, debugging, and repairs of hardware, software, and infrastructure in-person and remotely. I managed the customer service relationships of our clients and helped mentor coop students.
