Maintain an operate an entire canning line operation that is completely mobile. I drive to breweries and other beverage production facilities across the state of Florida and package different liquids into cans to be distributed to consumer facing retailers. There is a huge emphasis on ensuring that during the process, products going into cans are packaged in a method that upholds shelf stability so that the product does not spoil before it is able topurchased and conumed.

As scheduling manager I maintained the overall work force of the restaurant through hiring procedures and with feedback of all management staff, decided what employees would continue upward movement in the company. I was in charge of the overall schedule of the restaurant and ensured every shift was appropriately staffed based around availabilities, time off request and minimizing overtime and labor costs. I also contributed to any and all operational needs that may be required in the restaurant such as line work, prep work, front of house service, and overall customer service. Additionally I would keep weekly inventory of product to make sure the restaurant was properly stocked with for sale items and review P&L sheets with GM to make strategies to reach monthly/quarterly financial goals.
