Key Account Manager
CurrentKey Account Manager - Equipment (KAM) is the direct & primary interface between the assigned Key Account & the company. The KAM utilizes individual technical, communication, industry, and product knowledge skills to advise customers when making business & equipment decisions using a consultative sales approach. The KAM will prepare & presents accurate sales quotations & specifications for equipment orders, relays information to customers, & assures accuracy throughout the account’s entire network. The KAM will work with the CAD department, project management, service, and installation team members to ensure the client’s needs are met. The candidate will be required to show a strong aptitude for Salesforce CRM data entry and consistent CRM management. The KAM’s primary responsibility will be working with the Director of Key Accounts and Key Account Team on driving profitable sales while maintaining a good relationship bank account for Sonny’s and the assigned Key Accounts.
