As a front desk/customer service employee for Tempus Gym, I am the first point of contact for any members. I am responsible for managing calls and emails throughout my shifts, as well as handling any member enquiries through a specialised computer system

As a team member for PetStock, I was tasked with the overall sustainability of the store. With knowledge of products, I assisted customers throughout the entire purchasing process, from advice to processing transactions. In addition, I handled backend duties such as management of stock, aswell as general cleaning and sanitary duties.

Responsible for an assigned group of students during school holiday football training sessions for the duration of the day. Executed drills designed by myself to improve their skills whilst focussing on engagement. Supervising and monitoring the children throughout the sessions.

Under the guidance of the Event Operations Manager at Sydney FC, I was exposed to the day to day requirements of such role. This includes, but not limited to, the management of VIP clients at games, inclusive of their attendance, customising suites, food/drink allocations. In addition, I successfully researched and collected relevant information for potential business avenues in the future.

I assisted at matchdays and official Sydney FC tournaments. This includes set up of the Fan Zone and assisting in the organisation and running of official club events, including the Sydney FC Cup, Under 14 Girls Sydney FC Catholic Schools Cup, Sydney FC Members Day and Sydney FC First XI Cup

As a customer service officer for North West Sydney Tennis, I was tasked with serving people daily and processing transactions through the register. In addition, I was in charge of monitoring emails/phone calls and utilising the various systems to meet customer needs, whilst creating content/designs for social media, maintaining courts and ensuring adequate stock levels.
