I am a user experience design (UED) researcher who explores new ways to solve social problems by combining data analysis and field research. For 10+ years I have applied design thinking methods to the nonprofit sector resulting in innovative solutions to challenges such as hunger, poverty and food waste.As an urban planner by training, I have gained invaluable experience in human center design and community-based/participatory planning. I gather information through contextual inquiry in order to define and frame the problem. 2.
