In this role, I help manage content and merchandise across the Levin and John V Schultz websites. I assist with various e-commerce projects to ensure the seamless functioning of our online platforms. I help maintain our product catalog, execute new product launches and sales via the website, and monitor website performance metrics.

As a front desk attendant, I was responsible for assisting on-campus residents with gaining access to residential halls, providing security by ensuring that only authorized personnel were accessing the buildings and acting as a campus resource by addressing residents’ questions and concerns.

At this internship, I was responsible for running all company social media accounts in a way that matches the brand's identity and would generate traffic to pages. I conducted market research, monitored the company's Google Analytics, and created marketing email campaigns.

In this role, I was responsible for assisting customers on the sales floor and providing important information about products, regularly conducting product inventory and restocking the sales floor, as well as providing customer service at the register while assisting customers with purchases and returns.
