- Performs initial commercial and residential technical review to enforce minimum submittal requirements for permit applications. -Reviews documentation at Application Intake with customer to verify completeness and accuracy of submittals. -Creates project cases in permit tracking database and initiates and coordinates plan review routing for all building permits. -Verifies and reviews technical construction plans and related documents and reports for compliance with code requirements.

Able to effectively communicate waste data. -Maintains appropriate records, prepares requested reports and performs related word processing, data entry and/or clerical duties.-Expedites communications and services between customers and co-workers verbally or through written communications to coordinate services, records, and account status.-Provides information about collections, rates, billing, and account status promptly and correctly.-Handles special calls including escrow, bankruptcies, delinquent accounts by telephone contact and monitoring delinquent accounts to point of resolution, as appropriate.-Event education and outreach around seattle community.
