She really knows repgen/poweron and symform and has helped us out on her own time quite a few times. Couldn't have done it without her!" and "Brenda and I first “met” via a technical listserv for those who work with the same core system (Symitar). At one point, I became stuck on a particular issue and Brenda – who was stationed overseas at the time – used her free time to help me work out the problem.
