Graduated in Game Design and with more than 6 years of professional experience in relationship with players and online communities, I learned a lot about how to deal with different player profiles, understand and identify what type of player your team deals with, how to understand what player base is demanding from the game, to learn to have a general and amplified view of the player's satisfaction with the game or games of a particular studio, as well as the relationship of the community itself that plays that particular game.I had some opportunities over the years to temporarily assume a more leadership profile to coordinate my co-workers in support for certain in-game events that would generate a large flow of requests via email and live chat from players, from as general doubts and the most critical point, problems that the player was having at that moment.Also being a user of the Discord platform since 2015 and participating in several global gaming communities, I had 1 year of experience and learning as moderator for a community of more than 8,000 streamers (small/medium/large) and eventually managed to reach the position of Server Manager.I have a lot of ease with "multitasking", which allowed me to develop a lot my aptitude in the relationship/support with players sector, being able to adapt very well in constantly changing environments, dealing with unexpected problems, expected problems and relationship / cooperation with teammates .I'm a very communicative person, I find it easy to express and understand the players, as well as helping teammates. During the moments that I had to act as a leader, I was able to perform a very natural job that generated positive results not only for my teammates, but for the players, as I received excellent service and had a very high quality support.
