Manages supervisory and direct care staff caseloads to ensure hours are maintained at appropriate rate of hours, in collaboration with referral coordinator. Completes assessment reports for Kaiser/BHPN intake clients. Creates goals, and ensures timely submission. Reviews progress reports from direct care staff, provides input into goals, edits and providers clinical feedback along with ensuring timely submission. Maintains clinical caseloads by tracking current case status, progress towards goals, and barriers to progress within programs. Manages calendars check that supervised staff calendars are updated on time, and include all scheduled client sessions. Maintains authorized utilization of hours, ensuring staff is scheduling and billing an appropriate number of hours per client’s authorization. Completes session notes throughout each attended session. Completed periodic auditing to ensure staff are completing every session note correctly. Monitors staff goals, creating goals and tracking and support staff with their specific areas of need/growth. Maintains staff and client rosters, keeps the roster document updated with current caseload information on a monthly basis. Maintains email correspondence and responds to email within 1-2 business days, sooner if urgent. Maintains billing entries and submit billing according to stated timelines and rules. Training staff and assisted with creating various training actions depending on specific staff member, for the duration of employment with Square One.

Responsible for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities in home, school, and/or center-based settings. The Consultant works in close conjunction with the BCBA and responsibilities include ongoing assessment, development of individualized goals and related behavior/treatment plans, ensuring treatment efficacy, client safety, adherence to internal policies and procedures, and regulatory compliance and documentation required by various funding sources. Utilized the VB-MAPP, Vineland 3 and functional behavioral assessments to develop behavior intervention plans; provided training and consultation to parents regarding intervention plans. Maintained regular communication with clients' families and attended IPP & IEP meetings as necessary. Provide ongoing hands-on training, support, and supervision of direct care staff and parents/guardians in ABA, program implementation, treatment protocols, and data collection to ensure overall quality and consistency of service provision.

Provides services for students with a variety of disabilities within a district to provid ongoing behavior management, analysis and development of behavior intervention plans, consultation and support to classroom staff serving the role of a general behavior analyst for the school district. Provides ongoing behavior consultation to address behavior excesses, staff support and training, communication and collaboration with parents and staff members, aide support and training, and includes recommendations for placement, goals and attendance at I.E.P's. Provides general classroom consultation and recommendations and ongoing support for the teacher and classroom staff. Provides individualized recommendations for modification and adaptations to increase skill acquisition, implementation of discrete trial lessons and data collection, task analysis training, and support for instructional assistance on how to modify teaching materials in the classroom. Offers feedback and support services to increase the level of appropriate socialization for an individual student within the classroom setting including communication, playing with peers, interaction with peers at lunch and recess and building relationships with same-age peers.
